THE METHODS OF DISNEYLAND PARIS GENERAL MANAGEMENT WORTHY OF ANOTHER TIME!


We, the CFTC, the CGT and the UNSA Disneyland Paris, denounce the methods and the interference of the social relations department both within trade unions and between trade unions, with the aim of having docile interlocutors in the framework of signing agreements. Indeed, our trade unions have paid the price, including judicially, for some, which is unacceptable!


It is not up to the management to choose its union interlocutors. Do the Walt Disney World Company, the CEO and the Management Committee validate these methods worthy of another time?


As part of the current working time negotiation, micro presentations with imposed themes are held instead of real negotiations. For the CFTC, the CGT and the UNSA, representative and majority unions at Disneyland Paris, it is:


NO at adapted/chosen times,

NO to the changes concerning the organization of the work of Team Leaders and their titrology,

NO to the number of working days imposed on Managers,

NO to the modification of the consideration of journey times as defined in our agreements.

The CFTC, the CGT and the UNSA Disneyland Paris demand the return to amendment number 6 relating to working time, after two difficult Covid years, of efforts, of suffering of employees and the return to attendance and expenses of visitors exceptional.


The company must think about the physical and mental health of employees, finally follow the recommendations of its occupational medicine, as well as the quality of their private and professional life.


Because it has been totally erased, the human must return to the heart of society, in place of flexibility and an outrageous form of profitability.


Through this press release, our majority trade union organizations are directly appealing to the CEO, to restore order within social relations with a dialogue within, serene, loyal, open and above all not based on personal arrangements and advantages between friends.


Finally, we ask the General Management to do everything possible for the personal and professional interests of employees (work organizations), including in terms of salaries and purchasing power, this year more than ever.


Disneyland Paris can no longer afford to continue its strategy based solely on financial guidelines, to make its visitors dream by practicing a collective and social disenchantment, as harsh and cruel towards those who give it life every day: its Cast Members!
